Hundreds of Welsh-medium learning resources are available for free for university students and year 12 pupils who are studying at home as a result of the Coronavirus crisis.
Resources are available free of charge from the Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol library. They include e-books, lectures, academic articles, videos, reference materials and more.
Among the resources available is a Welsh-medium periodic table app full of facts and images which is ideal for students, teachers, or anyone with an interest in Chemistry. The app is available through the Apple Store and Google Play Store.
Another popular resource is the Cyfaill Celfyddyd (Art Companion) which offers a pack of videos and electronic resources offering study and career advice, and introduces students to artists working through the medium of Welsh in 18 different fields.
And in the field of Politics, e-books and videos are available introducing the subject’s basic ideas, concepts and principles.
Mari Fflur, one of the Coleg’s Academic Managers said:
“A number of resources are suitable for those working from home towards next year’s A Level exams or who are preparing to go to university.”
